First of all, they always talk about Utah having an educated population to make it a good place for businesses to locate.How is it possible that 90% of the country is below average?
Because 90% of Utahns live on the front or back side of the Wasatch mountains. Relatively few people live south of Utah county.
So it's more of a population map?
